52 Week Money Challenge
Comments

As it is payday I have just attacked a "biggie" number and transferred £52 accross for week 13 bringing my total up to £213. Doing a big number is going to make it tough for me to find the next 3 weeks worth of payments but it will make me get lisitng on ebay as thats the only way I will be able to make the next 3 payments!!!
I transfer my money on line into a savings pot dedicated to this challenge and the virtual sealed pot challenge.0 -

I know I'm late to the party, but loved the idea of this.
I'm going to start this week and work backwards (that way I won't have a massive amount to find over Christmas).

£138 paid up to 18 May= £850!!
This has been only way for me to save, initally started on original plan, but doing backwards let me get all the hard payments first. I think i am stopping mid June which would equate to £1000. As i have some obligations that initially been saving for!
I will prob start again doing it backwards in August!
I encourage anyone to try this way!0 -
I am doing the weeks in chunks when I get paid and am up to wk 22 (26/5) £255 as this is when I am back from hols. I am not much of a saver usually but this challenge is working well for me and I haven't dipped in to it once which is a miracle in itself;)Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%
Pay off £7000 - £1743 - 19.4%
Make £2021 extra income - £99.750 -
Well done everyone,
I've had to dip into my savings but i'm now back on track. Week 17 and £153 saved. Let's keep going .0 -
I've lost the plot with this lol. Not put any money away as had too much to payout recently.0

Week 19 - £190 :T.0

Still here and still chipping away on a weekly basis. Up to £296 and just done week 19's transfer.
I must admit that this is starting to get really hard for me now. I have used a lot of my low incriment numbers and my low end numbers are now getting to high teens and twenties which is going to be a nightmare to try and find on a weekly basis
Finding it hard as the regular overtime that I was due to have in work did not happen and I am £200 pcm down as a result. Resorting to ebay and I am not giving up! Won't get anywhere if I don't try!!0
