If you've got Office 2007 or newer, it's fairly straight forward to create a graph directly from the spreadsheet figures by opening a second sheet within that file.

Click on a picture of the graph type you want (bar, pie, etc), fill in the number of columns, portions etc and then choose your data for each bit by highlighting the figures on your first sheet. Complete the key for labels and then choose pretty colours and job should be done. :D

Also means when you change a figure, it automatically updates the chart too. :)

Not sure there's a pretty chart big enough for my mortgage :rotfl:. I'm using a spreadsheet I downloaded from an original MFW poster which has all the work/formulas done for me and I just input start amount, interest rate, mortgage length, OPs and it tells me everything I need to know :D. I've got a colourful bricks one - red bricks which I turn green for each £1k I pay off :D

I will be having a play with excel Ali, thank you :)

A bit annoyed that MBNA still took my direct debit of £25 yesterday even though I paid the entire balance off on December 17th. Getting daft now, having credit balances on my credit card lol.

NSD today, free breakfast, lunch and dinner plus £82 in travel expenses. so a very MSE day. Plus working from home tomorrow so saving £10 commuting.

And ALSO, had 2 emails confirming sales of over £5k in 1 day from my website, wayhay!! Haven't taken the money yet, but chuffed to bits if they go ahead. It'll nearly pay for the new website.

I'm feeling a need to ebay, which is a bit strange. Will see how I get on tomorrow!

YAY its the end of the week :j

    It's been a tough week, I'm tired.
I had my appraisal today, it went pretty well. Technically I'm very good he said, but apparently my emails can be abrupt and I appear disinterested in meetings :rotfl:no surprise there then!

Well I've done it, made the switch, my energy will now be via the COOP with an annual saving of £240 :) This brings my monthly fixed spends to below £1000 for the first time in a long while.

My only spend today was £37 in fuel, it's getting so much cheaper yey, I also see that Asd@ and Ald! seem to be entering a price war, all good for us.

Got my £25 back from MBNA so have paid that straight off the Bcard 3.1% paid off the remaining debt already :T

Fantastic news on the energy savings and fixed monthly spends - a great feeling I bet :T

Glad you got your MBNA DD money back quickly, how odd them taking it. Was it a system glitch?

Hope you can have a rest over the weekend and recharge. I'm going to for sure :D

Yes, I think it was a glitch Ali.

Apart from a very windy cycle ride today I've tried to rest up. Watched some telly, which I don't normally do. Tomorrow will have to be a job day though, I've got quite a list.

Spent £18.15 in Ald! today, I do seem to be spending a lot on groceries, despite having a full freezer and cupboards, may be its a winter hoarding instinct!

I also for some unknown reason bought a dress on FB, didn't try it on and it doesn't fit, £7.50 wasted, it's on fleabay now.

On a serious note, I have set my self a budget of £7000 for none fixed living expenses, (groceries, fuel, clothes, entertainment, gifts etc), to date I've been spending £28.40 per day, which equates to £10366, I need to seriously cut back. My year to date average spend should be £19 per day.

Also DS has decided to join the gym, so we went and joined up today, lets hope he makes good use of it, at £22 per week. He still owes me £83 for the phone and DD owes my £40 as I paid for her hair the other week.

I've had DS's old phone in rice for over a month now, I tried it today and it still won't switch on, so I'll sell it on fleabay for spares.

I had a good look round the charity shops today, i can't believe the price of some of the stuff, really expensive. We have one good shop where everything is 99p, but the rest are a bit steep.

Tea was home made soup and home made bread, go me! Plus some pasta and sauce which were free samples from work

Have a lovely weekend all, if you love in the north I hope you're not too wind swept x

Well if that was the weekend I've had it!
Had a phone call from my pal this morning, wasn't well and needed a lift to a&e. She's ok, just had a bad reaction to something.
The only spend today was £2 parking, which takes my average daily spend to £26. I quite like measuring myself by average daily spend, it seems to be a good way to keep things in check. I need to spend nothing until Saturday to get back on track :rotfl:

I have listed a heap of stuff on fleabay, finally :T

I have a feeling my blender is about to pack in, I'd like to replace it with a decent one, the best I found so far is Lakeland for £70, I also fancy one of those nutribullets, around £100  I wonder if I can win won!...or could I get enough Amazon vouchers.....now there's a challenge :)

I've been writing this for ages, better go to sleep, night night all x

Quick early morning update. I saw on FB last night that some-one was selling some sporting books from the 60's, 9 books for £5. One of them recently sold on fleabay for £12, so I'm going to pick up the lot tonight. Lets see if I can make enough for a new blender :)

Also some bids on 3 of my fleabay items, all starting at 99p tho, so not too exited at the moment.

    Happy Monday everyone x

    LOL, yes indeed INOD

5 of the 6 items now have bids, and the black dress I paid £7.50 at the weekend for is now at £6, so looking promising :)

I picked up the books tonight, I think I'll get my money back, but don't think there will be much towards the blender. :(

A no spend day today, taking my average daily spend to £23.86, getting there.

I was hoping for some money in today from Viewsbank, topcashback and 123greetings, but nothings turned up yet, hopefully tomorrow
