Last time I had any windows, I had 3 quotes, and made them quote each window individually, with a discount for all of them itemised separately.

Then I went back and rechecked the specs, and the terms and conditions and then I asked them for 5 references, and then I made a decision with all the facts.

Thank you all for your inputs, very much appreciated lol. Well we cancelled the order. I called them and send them recorded delivery cancelation instructions. Same day later on they left a message on phone saying they will come on Thursday for survey. So my oh called them and told them we cancelled. Today I got a card from them thanking me for my order. !!!!!! X
