I've remembered another one - DS is also frequently known as Naughty Norman Price (from Fireman Sam). He is Norman Price to a tee (apart from the fact he's not ginger). He delights in then pointing out that this makes me Dilys Price and DH the fella who drives the mini bus who fancies Dilys Price (whose name escapes me now).

    Jx
And it looks like we made it once again
Yes it looks like we made it to the end
  • My little brother calls me Diler, as he couldn't say "sister" when we were growing up. We are 33 and 35 :o
They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.
  • Depending on the mood, wifey usually responds to 'sweet little puff-adder', 'tarantula spider' or 'piranha fish'. ;)
I'd rather be a disappointed optimist than a self-satisfied pessimist

I call boyf "Pauly", "Tiger" (I bought him naff Tiger pants for Valentines this year, haha) or "Pauly Wauly" (bit pathetic, I suppose). He calls me "Loulypops".

My sister used to call her ex "Shnookielumps" which always made me cringe! As you can tell, I'm not a fan of sugary pet names.

Oh yeah, and years ago I worked with a guy, Barry, whose girlfriend was a huge Disney fan. He said she loved Bambi.

"She calls me 'Thumper'" he used to say. I've no idea if he was joking or not...! :rotfl::rotfl:
  • Oh calls me his Lion Cub (or just Cub) because I have a mane (long fair hair). We both call our son the Snow Frog.

My mother used to get my brother to do things he didn't fancy doing as a teenager (such as tidying his room) by calling him "Mummy's little ray of sunshine" or "Mummy's precious angel". Worked a treat!
...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.

    Awwww CUTE!!

My Oliver is "Lolly-Moooo" (6ft teenager built like a rugby player, his friends think its great...)

My daughter has always been "Pickle" until they started using that word at school as a general endearment! We were furious and tried to think of something else but nothing sounded right. :(
  • My DD has always been 'pickle pie mushroom' so much so she was convinced it was her real name at times. :D She also answers to flange or floss.
My eldest DS is 'big'un' and my youngest DS is the beastling.
Sometimes i like to imagine that im living on the breadline as a single mum with 3 children to feed and clothe, bills to pay and very little time to myself........ then i wake up and realise im a princess with prince charming by my side and a lovely white castle........ oh wait
