Just one thing after another. Little things mainly.

Mum was panicking first thing this morning, then arguing with dad, then the car broke down (the battery had died), then OH agreed to do something costly (when we don't have the money!!!:mad:) and finally been chasing docs & hospital for some test results only to find out that the lab had refused to process them because the protocol had changed and said test should only now be done every year, not every 6 months (did anyone bother to tell me? No, of course not).

Is it wine o'clock yet? ;):p

Aw sorry to hear about your uncle Sylvia ((hugs)) xx I'm sure he was well loved.
That does seem a lot for them to come out and sort out bband. When I had probs with virgin media I was asked to plug the yellow cable back in to the back of pc and modem to use as normal cable rather than wireless b/band to see if it was a prob from their end. They managed to sort it over the phone. Sky have came round today asking to join their bband service and DH was thinking of it because there was an offer on sky sports! I told him I'm not changing now as mine is ok for now!
DD just had one of those 24hrs sick bugs Sylvia so was fine later on. (Back to being a pain!) :p

Hope you feel ok soon mally xx

I don't do many rafflecopter comps purple, I just can't keep up!

Ellemm, at least you have some pressies in so it's a start! I've got some pressies in but no wrapping paper!

Picked up a prescription for DD1 after surgery called. Don't know how long the prescription has been there for as it was weeks since her last hospital appointment! Either DH hasn't took the message properly when he took her to hospital or I haven't been informed! :o
No post today for me. Boring postie! :p

Just saw your post euro sorry you've had a bad day xx Sounds like you've been mis-informed regarding hospital too!
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

What are some people doing that are so special? They get loads of prizes in 1 month..
I've been here for at least one month, nothing!!

I know I am so unpatient, even though I love comping.

It's just luck of the draw. Yes, entering more comps does increase the odds, but they are still just odds, not guarantees.

There are people who enter less comps than I do, but have won more prizes. Equally, there are people who enter more comps than I do, but have won less prizes.

All you can do is enter and forget about it.

Effort comps increase your odds though :)

Hi mally, a month is nothing really, most of the comps you may have entered might not even have finished yet. Just keep entering and hoping as we all do ;)
I win more now, over three years in to comping, as I think I am also more organised than I was at first.

Fingers crossed for your first win :)
