Have to agree with you all, am fed up with the weather. Was going to go on the bus to Chester but have decided to take the car.

Wingo - I must admit I don't like spiders of any description. Hope you Mom is feeling better. Have you had any bingo wins this week?

firefy - Make sure you wrap up warm to go out to the zoo. I like eucalyptus sweets when I feel blocked up, they seem to clear the airways as well. How is your friend doing with the comps?

Sheils - hope your mattress comes on time and that you are pleased with it.

Thanks all - back is feeling a bit better today though yesterday ended up with bloomin' annoying headache - I think it may have been cos I was being careful and just did computer, reading, sewing all day - reckon it was eyestrain related

Ff - pleased you are feeling a bit better :T Seems to be an awful lot of colds going round at the mo.

Not sure what the weather is doing now today, got a right mixture of sun, clouds, bit of blue sky, wind.

Must say re awful thunderstorm last night ........ puddy was fascinated by it (particularly the lightning:eek:) - found her watching it through upstairs window comfy as you like so joined her for a while

I dislike thunder and lightning storms myself, particularly if they seem directly above the house :eek:

Still waiting on the mattress! They said between 7.30am and 1pm. DH always panics and gets organized and no-one ever comes early.
Would be a laugh if I won the kindle from them. Tried to win one last year for DH and this year DD wants one. (Did use a voucher win to get DH one for his birthday)
Been organising 100 photos that I ordered and putting them in an album. They were all out of order for some reason and I had difficulty remembering which castle some were from. Still not up to date with them - about 70 still to order. Will wait until after the next break and hope another offer appears.
Hope everyone is having a good day. I am off to hang the washing out so fingers crossed it stays dry.

It was absolutely bucketing down when we went out about 10 and now the sun has come out and washing is on the line. Just need to keep my eye on it in case it rains again.:(

Just had a WEM saying is am runner up with DKNY and have won Delicious Skin. Think its Superdrug. May need helf finding it so I can PM op so if anyone has any ideas I would be grateful.

Well p****d off. Sold some stuff on ebay at the weekend and now they are saying they can't pay. Said they were expecting money any day and now saying they are not getting the money they expected. Will have to go and sort that out now. Wasn't a small amount either.

I expect your mattress has arrived by now Sheils so hopefully your DH has stopped stressing. Its always annoying when you get organised early and then it doesn't come until the last minute.

I'm afraid mattress didn't come. Had a phone call from the company blaming the courier company who appear to have lost it! No-one seems to know where it has gone - sigh. She said she will phone me again later.
