Thankfully I have only come across nice/gracious folk on Gumtree (have never used Preloved). Please don't let it put you off of using such sites xx There are (unfortunately) idiots in all walks of life - thankfully coming across them is a rare experience.

    Glad to hear the weather is sunny with you - it's lovely here in Kent too! I can't believe we've still no crispy leaves to walk through yet and it's October!!!

    Here's hoping Mother Nature forgets about winter too (she has obviously decided to give Autumn a miss!)
