    Don't know whether it was the high volume of traffic, but a couple of links became inaccessible. These have now been replaced and all downloads are once more functioning.

    Hi,
    I have always been terrified of messing with the registry in cae everything fell apart.
    Am I being overcautious, or just prudent!

    If you're not confident about handling the registry, you are best advised to leave things alone. Alternatively, find some-one who knows the ropes and let them clean it up for you.

    Download RegCleaner and let it do it for you. All changes are backed up, allowing changes to be restored if necessary.
