Also I think it's insane you just stood and hung around in Currys for 50 minutes and didn't ask anyone to help you. Be proactive. I would never just hang about a shop, I'd approach a sales assistant.
Insane, what I find insane is your rudeness, the staff were few and far between and honestly were a joke!!!!! AND I have saved and saved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have not had anything done to my house for 7 years since I have bought it, because I rented my other house out that I bought when I was younger for hardly anything and just couldnt afford to do my present house up and we just really struggled. I have lived in the 1930.s semi and hardly touched it and then last year my dad got very sick and we decided to sell up and start living our life, I have had my little terraced house since I was young and I have looked after that rather than the house I live in looking at the rented house as an investment. When really what I should have done was invest in my life now not what I would be having when my kids were older. My kids wont remember a new door, new kitchen or saving to get the new tenants in, they will remember fab holidays, mum and dad always happy, never being without etc...... So I sold the house and made a lot of money and I deserve it because now I am getting my dream kitchen, and I am able to live my life with my kids. So yes I have saved and saved and I am now able to spend my time with my children. But the post isnt about the amount of money I have got or intend to keep hold of, its about the service I have had. Which Currys have been in touch and are going to be passing onto another team!!!0

I'm another one who can't believe that someone would be stupid enough to stand around in a shop for nearly an hour waiting to be served.
I would be straight up to the nearest member of staff telling them that I wanted assistance and that I was ready to pay - they'll be on commission or bonuses for reaching their targets, so a few hundred quid sale at the end of the day would have them falling over themselves to help you.
I'm also concerend that you won't get a refund if you paid by bank transfer (you still haven't answered the other posters' questioning how you paid).0

I can't see anything in that block of text that says they actually used her debit card to pay - just that she has one.flower1604 wrote: »also I paid on line becuse I also have my basic cards ............. I have a visa debit
I think this is the part where they say they paid on debit card. Although it's not the clearest!0

Surely no one can be stupid enough to stand around for 50 munutes when they know what they want?0

OP, I know you think its bad customer service that the staff didn't come over to you when you entered the shop, but personally I much prefer it when they don't come over! They can't please everyone so whatever they do they might be wrong.0
