The penalties will increase in terms of points/fine.
Wittingly or unwittingly, fast forward 12 months and compare!
The penanlties may increase, however if you have a genuine belief that you have broken no law, then you have nothing to fear.
The point of the courts is to decide guilt. By accepted a FPN you are admitting guilt, so its not quite like that0 -

The Speedo and camera as you refer to it as are two different things.
Yes and i have said as much, you have failed to read my article obviously.
The manufacturer may set a time, however each force will have its own guidelines.

The penalties for fpns have already increased in line with these new offences.0 -

The guidelines refer to Home office approved devices and the regulation as set by the Home Office for their use.
Failing to adhere to these guidelines renders them useless in law.
Prove me wrong, post some links.
Or dont bother, because the more you type, the more its clear you dont know anything about this.0 -

When were you authorised to use such equipment?
Prove you're trained to use them and therefore know what you're actually talking about and I'll reveal my qualifications.
Until you can you're all hot air and google links.;)0 -

Alright then it's a new means of disposal and the ticket fines have increased to reflect this. Enforceable offences now start at £100, but you have already been told that by you own force, haven't you?0
