What will the new TSB mean for existing LLoyd's customers?

My main current accounting is moving to TSB but our savings, ISA & individual current accounts are staying with Lloyds. I asked to stay with Lloyds but the process is a nightmare. Despite having other accounts with them, I'll have to be treated as a new customer for opening a current account in place of the one that's moving. Whilst they will move DD's etc they can only offer a classic account so I would lose all the benefits (added value) that I currently have with Premier. Apparently these might be available again in about 2 months or so.....
What a palaver. Not happy..:hello: :starmod:Huge Thank you to all Competiton posters :starmod:

You can upgrade the new classic account that Lloyds would open for you to a Premier online. My main current accounting is moving to TSB but our savings, ISA & individual current accounts are staying with Lloyds. Can't wait for that new TSB to have their own web presence. I hope they do Vantage accounts like Lloyds and BoS :cool:0

They are but they are to be called Enhance rather than Vantage.Archi_Bald wrote: »Can't wait for that new TSB to have their own web presence. Hope so, I'm running out of places to put my money!
Does anyone know if you don't get the 5% interest on a second FlexDirect account, do you get any interest at all or nothing?0 -
I would think it's 1% but so far nobody has reported not getting 5%0

OK thanks it's coming up to a month of having it was just wondering what the interest would be in either case.0

An early peek at the new TSB cards taken from TSB's twitter account.
Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0 -

I did ask about this but they said that for new accounts an upgrade might not be available for a couple of months.
I've got around it now by upgrading another classic account I already had to premier, transferring all DD's and closing the original account.:hello: :starmod:Huge Thank you to all Competiton posters :starmod:
