Got next weeks posting pack today and still not stamps (feb) like others have mentioned.

Maybe they will start to send the stamps for the month they are for rather then in advance?

I have to post my first training items next week and both indicate that smarts are to be inserted but none have been supplied. I read the training info which arrived by email about the same time the training items arrived, and it appears that smarts are not supplied until the end of the training period. I would guess that they have only indicated that smarts are to be inserted so we can see where on the documentation we should expect to see it.

I am sure some of the more experienced panellists will tell us if I am wrong.

Are you "in training", that is sending things to the West Bromwich address, or have you begun the survey proper where you send things to other panelists (private individuals or companies)?

Yes in training, this is the second package I've been sent.

Those of us who have been on the survey for a longer time never had to send Smarts with items when we were in training. It may be that they have improved their training to make it a little more realistic to what is actually required in the future. Just as likely, if not more so, that TNS have just made a mistake.

Is the instruction to insert a smart appearing on the paper schedule or online or in both places?
