I did this for two weeks then they said they didn't need anyone in my area, then they set me off again and i did it for 6-9 months then rested for 4-6 months now back on again for the last month.
I guess why I'm saying is no-one knows.Owner of a cute cottage in the North York Moors :j0 -
Both were received and posted about by various people with the relevant posting pack dates they came in, but probably a few pages back by now
It's February incentive that is due. My January incentive was very early (7/12), I didn't log the date of diary receipt but iirc was in the posting pack after that.
Thanks, just seems like they are quite behind then. Sorry I always class the incentive for the month I receive it in when I talk about it. Saying that January's (received in Dec) seems like such a long time ago now!0 -

Yep it does seem a while ago! I think they had got earlier and earlier in the latter part of last year. I only started logging which incentive was received on what date just to make sure I didn't miss any.0 -

Like I said before, wouldn't an alert postie recognise the feel of a SMART inside a DL (small white) as much as recognising an unexpected name?
Actually, my observation is quite the opposite; I regularly get post for a neighbour who has a similar address - with different postcode - and different name (though same initials by concidence). My theory is that her block is hard to identify (due to crap signage) and non-regular posties take their best guess.
Which is actually on-topic since I recently got an e-mail from TNS asking why I hadn't logged any magazines/journals. I'm wondering if they ended up with that neighbour and got binned.
Which is what TNS actually could do with finding out but I'm not sure how 'cause the SMART wouldn't actually be tracked any further than the depot that made up that round. (I presume?)I need to think of something new here...0 -

Though I understand it can happen, none of the magazines I have received have ever included a Smart so they wouldn't even be tracked as far as the depot.0 -
Hi Bit new to all this but for thurs & Fri this week im being asked to add certain smarts to letters. The thing is, I havent got the smart numbers they are asking me to include.
I have other smarts not allocated do I just use them instead?0 -

If they have given you Smart codes but those Smarts aren't in your stock, you may find they arrive in the post direct from TNS.
If they don't and you are preparing the items to post, you will be asked whether you are adding the Smart they have suggested. You say "no" and then you may be presented with a list of Smarts which are available in your stock. If so, select one and use that so that the new Smart code appears on your online schedule. If you can't add one online like that, don't post the item but email them (or phone in the morning) to let them know the reason.0 -
Thank you both for your replies. I will just use the smarts I have in stock then.0

Just received my first training pack since being invited back after my 6 month holiday and it looks like Mr WH has left. I now have to send to Mrs JS.0
