Did anyone else receive a 2014 diary? I am wondering if this has replaced January stamp incentive.
Both were received and posted about by various people with the relevant posting pack dates they came in, but probably a few pages back by now
It's February incentive that is due. My January incentive was very early (7/12), I didn't log the date of diary receipt but iirc was in the posting pack after that.0 -
Nope - first pass through. Would RM really take the time to notice oddball initials? JA and SE (and ZX) at the same address could be members of the same family.
I'd be more worried about the recognisable shape of a SMART inside a small white envelope.
You miss the point.
Postie notices strange initials at an address.
it flags up as strange.A regular postie soon gets to know who lives at an address
they then start watching the letters the panellists gets
that's the sort of stuff that flags up panellists. the opposite of what RM want0 -

The reason: Way back when, we did select two initials to use for survey material - eg Mr J A Bloggs when our real name was Mr S E Bloggs. Then it was decided that not using real initials would alert RM! (In fact I think too many people were choosing Mr Z X Bloggs.)
I can confirm your postman would start noticing different names suddenly appearing. My oh is a postie and knows who lives at which address....if a letter comes with part address and name they are able to get it to the right place.... he even managed to get a missing little boy home because he knew where he lived.....so yes fake names/initials will alert rm to something funny going on.
I'm not allowed on the panel...oh well xDooYoo member christy940 (70,000miles),

This is something they used to do, not fake initials but say Mrs AB if your name only began with A and your surname B0

I got an email yesterday saying they are preparing my first Sender Pack and for the first few weeks I'll only be asked to send items.
I haven't done any of these before and it must've been about a year or two since I registered.
Does anyone know how long I'll be doing this for? Hoping it's a long one :-)0
