Was given my notice to quit on 20th December. However, was asked if I would consider staying on a couple of weeks back. However, just logged on today and have not been given anything for next week. Did not get any collators stamps or additional stamps in the last pack. :(
  • i have been saving all my used stamps for marie curie, padded envelopes for ebay and sheets of paper used for padding are flattened and put through my printer.
for me i get far more than just the stamps every month!

Has anyone else not received their posting pack for the following week, commencing 28th January?

I thought I was finishing soon but there is post listed on my screen for week commencing 28th.

Usually the packs are received earlier.

i would look on that as a week off rather than the end of your time....
Last time I was rested I received an email telling me when the final posting week would be and the stamps etc
Stay positive until you get that final push off!!!

    Hi,

Just a quick query, I have an item that states it must be posted between 10:00 and 13:00 today. I am unable to get to the Post Office between these times.

Does it matter as long as I post before the last collection today?

    Thanks for replying.

Usually I receive the pack about 8 to 10 days in advance, much before they're showing on the screen.

Much appreciated, will see whether the pack arrives through this week.

I usually get them on the Saturday 9 or 10 days before i.e. week commencing 27th arrived on Sat 18th. No Feb stamps yet though (as people are questioning).

I also got an e-mail telling me that I had missed an unspecified number of magazines/journals test items in the last 3 weeks. Well, I logged 1 because that's how many I got. The e-mail then reminded me to open all mail as it may be heavily disguised.

A thought struck me... If I am already on the mailing list for say "Biro monthly" and TNS send me a test copy, then I wouldn't even suspect it was from them until I got the second one. Even then, I might well assume it was a mistake by the publishers.

How about this as a way to definitely identify a test item? Each panellist picks a fake middle initial. Then any post to J Bloggs or Joe Bloggs or JA Bloggs is real but any to JB Bloggs is a test. Anybody got a better idea?
I need to think of something new here...

Hi, when i asked this a few weeks ago the advice i was given is that it is the day that is most important and the time is a guideline, so i would say as long as it is before the last collection of that day it should be fine.
