Everyone goes through the 7 week training period.
I was rested and still continued to do the leaflet and correctly addressed surveys...but when "welcomed back" you retun as a trainee again!

And sometimes returned as a trainee 3 or more times in immediate and quick succession - before actually starting properly again. Being welcomed back can be a bit monotonous if that happens...
  • I am currently being "rested" - last week was my last active week so I have missed out on the Christmas stamps and diary :(

I would like to know when I might receive my next voucher for the unaddressed mail as I got the last one on 12th November.

I have got one of those 'we can't deliver your item becuase there is a fee to pay' card through my door.

As I'm going away for xmas, I need to pick this up from my local delivery office by the end of this week.

My question is can I use my postage stamps to pay for the outstanding amount at the delivery office or will I have to give them money ? If I can use postage stamps, am I correct in assuming that I just stick them to the front of this card ?

    Any advise would help.

    Thanks

    Hi

When this happen to me, I got a copy of the underpaid item and the fee to pay card. Scanned both, emailed TNS and they sent me a book of stamps.

If whoever's sent one to me is reading this - hopefully somebody new, not someone having a blonde moment! - the label with the 'R' number is supposed to go on the paper in the envelope, not be stuck on the smart.

    Hi

    Oh dear, that's a new one.:rotfl::rotfl:

But only if the underpaid item was from the survey!

When was the last day of the unaddressed mail survey that you did that you haven't received a voucher for?

    As the card states

"please affix stamps or franking impression to the value overleaf. Post the card and we will deliver the item to you" (or to that effect)

There is a space on the other side marked for stamps

When was the last day of the unaddressed mail survey that you did that you haven't received a voucher for?

I have no idea as I have been doing this on a rolling basis since April/ May.
The last voucher I received was on the 12th November. I get one roughly every 4 weeks.
I was under the impression that each survey lasted 3 weeks ?
I certainly do not get a voucher every 3 weeks.

Most of us do the Unaddressed Survey for 3 weeks at a time (with input being available for a couple of weeks afterwards), not continuously. (In fact I only read one other post which said they were doing it on a continuous basis and that may have been an earlier one of yours.)

When I have participated in the past, they have always emailed at the point they were about to put a voucher in the post to me, and that was probably about 3 weeks or so after the final week of records.

Given that you have not been completing discrete surveys, you will probably have to phone or email TNS to find out what is happening in your case.
  • Hi, just a quick query, when entering received mail and it asks you to identify numbers that appear on the envelope/wrapper does that also mean if its on the paper inside if its a windowed envelope? Ive got the letters on the paper with my address on but its not on the outside of the envelope. Thanks in advance.
