Postman leaves mine in the porch. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Can I ask how you all cope with packages that don't fit through your letter box? (do you have to travel for ages to collect from delivery office?)
Mine get dropped over the back gate
Never yet been to the DO for anything TNS /survey related

So do you feel you are being rewarded appropriately by doing this survey? See I want to do it again but I think we should all refuse.

So how does RM test its growth market?
Letter traffic drops year on year. Those tests are really for the regulator/1st & 2nd class figures.0 -

One out all out! Very revolutionist. :rotfl:
Personally I don't have a problem, I make the survey fit my life not the other way around. I'm amused when people get so het up about it. If you don't want to do it then don't. No one is forced to join or continue.0 -
I've made a bit of a mistake this week. Due to having two posting packs arrive this week I overlooked that there were two cubes, one stamped and one APL and got them the wrong way round. I used the stamped one today for a recipient who should have had the APL one.
I've emailed TNS to see what they want me to do with the second one - use APL or don't send - but as they take a while to reply, I wondered if anyone had had similar and what you did about it?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I always ring them up. It's a lot quicker than emailing0

I think there should be a separate survey that deals with parcels, not just lumped on to this one.
There is already a separate survey dealing with the 3rd party companies that RM are under obligation to deliver letters for.
Like I said, I want to do this again but every other week I was having to travel halfway across the city to the delivery office because of all these skanky large items they now include.
The more people that REFUSE to do it, then maybe TNS will look at it.0 -
I don't want to refuse. I don't have to traipse anywhere to pick up the posting packs or cubes and I pass the post office either when dog walking or on the way to/from work.
Is there not a safe place you could ask them to leave things for you, or would you prefer not to?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
