My posting pack is rattling, so I'm guessing that's my eggs for the first time ever. About flipping time too.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • Got my mini eggs just in time before I'm rested lol. My pack this week contained eggs, stamps and my presentation pack for the end of my 6 months. Good timing :)

Received my first posting yesterday from another panelist after my recent resting period. What do I find not one smart inside but they included 2 of them. I am now spoilt for choice which one to enter. DOH

How daft!! Surely it's not that difficult to do the survey correctly?! :rotfl:

I had the same a few weeks ago, 2 smarts were stuck together back to back, I entered one and emailed TNS to let them know the other would be posted back and identified it so they could trace it on their system as someone would be a smart short in their stock

I'm 99.9% sure that after you've entered the R number and said "YES" (that there is a SMART) that it will only accept the correct CODE.(without additional confirmation)

I remember a year or two ago opening 2 or more TNS letters at the same time.
I entered an R number but then tried to enter the SMART code from a different (the wrong) envelope.

I'm positive it said "ARE YOU SURE?"
I realised my mistake, said no or hit "BACK", entered the other "correct" code and it went through as normal.

It "knows" what SMART code to expect for a specific R number

I have just accepted and invitation to join this survey for a fixed period of 6 months. I am a little concerned about what happens if I go on holiday or am away for a few days. Do I have to be at home for the whole 6 months. I have been doing the unaddressed mail survey for a few years but it is in cycles of 3 weeks that I have to accept so if I am going away I decline the invitation for that cycle.

Just tell them any holiday dates online. They usually stop sending your sender's pack for that week if you give them enough notice.

This week (beginning of April), I received NO stamps, a box of mini eggs, four vouchers to cover a posted cube, and that was it! Now I read that some folk have a presentation pack, and their usual stamps reward. Anybody know if I've missed out? Also what's all this about a diary?

I received the eggs but like you no stamps. A diary is normally sent to panellists around about Christmas time.
