Thank you for those replies Mable & Trix a belle.
I have another question, is there a video online for how to correctly fold in the polystyrene into a DVD box? The first time I sent one, I seemed to do it just fine, but the second time, it was too fat to post in the box (which was how I was supposed to send it). So I had to pass it across the counter. I know I sound daft, but sometimes origami foxes me.0 -

some postboxes have slimmer slots that they don't fit through as easily
i've found the dvd box always comes pretty much constructed so you just have to put the polystyrene in the middle & remove the tape backing (x2)
the narrower flaps (from the short ends) come round the polystyrene, stick one over the other. then bring the wider (long edge/full width) flaps round and stick one over the other, ensuring you have put the r number sheet and smart inside before sealing down- Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted

Thanks Trix a Belle, That does appear to be how I did it, so you must be right about the different post boxes.:wave::wave:0

This week (beginning of April), I received NO stamps, a box of mini eggs, four vouchers to cover a posted cube, and that was it! Now I read that some folk have a presentation pack, and their usual stamps reward. Anybody know if I've missed out? Also what's all this about a diary?
TopherI received the eggs but like you no stamps. A diary is normally sent to panellists around about Christmas time.
LAST WEEK'S posting pack had the EGGs and the usual bits and pieces.
MAY'S incentive arrived TODAY with the usual ....

Has anyone been invited to a Life of Mail survey? It's conducted by Kantar.
I have registered for the postal survey but not invited to the full one yet (I have done a stint at a previous address) and re-registered for my current home address and after a month or so got the above email.
Or am I being completely dense and this *is* the actual full survey?
It's been a few years since I did the survey. My 1st class stamp supply is running out so I thought I would take another crack at it!Just as a bit of clarification for anyone who may be invited to the Life of Mail survey. It is conducted by TNS Kantar, so the same people as the main survey.
This is from my email confirming a start date:
"As a Life of Mail panellist you record on our Postal Platform website all the mail that your household receives every fourth week. You also record what is done with the mail item and what actions household members take over the following three weeks as a result of receiving that mail. The week before you start we will send you a “how to” guide with more detail about what our panellists do. On XX we will send you the login details for your account on the Postal Platform.
In return for your participation you will receive £10 of Love2shop vouchers every month that you are active on the panel and we will send you the first vouchers in April. We will also include you in our monthly prize draws."
Doesn't seem like a lot of work for the reward. Will not help in replenishing the stamp supply, but at least I got an invite for something :money:

Can I ask how you all cope with packages that don't fit through your letter box? (do you have to travel for ages to collect from delivery office?)0
