They will contact you again once there is a vacancy in your area, this could take anything from weeks to years, sorry I can't be of more help :(

I think "accepted" means "added to the list of potential candidates". Many people have had to wait months, or even years, to start training. Even then there's no guarantee of joining the actual survey. TNS moves in mysterious ways. :)

I would actually love to get those :D
  • I used to get Mac User and Top Gear which my son appreciated.
Nursing one went straight into recycling! I'm back on the survey after being rested for a few months so hoping for some good mags :)

still doing the training, into week 5 now, and one week had nothing, can't be much longer I hope! but looking on the bright side, only having to post 2 items a week for the stamps :)

    Morning all

Does anyone else receive any glossy monthly mags as part of their survey?

I've had 3 or 4 Good Housekeepings and Cosmopolitans, which I've read and passed on to my DD. :D
  • I'm a bit confused as last week I received an email saying that at the moment they no longer need me to be on the posting survey but would be in contact in future when a slot came up again however I was still part of the correctly received panel. This morning though I have received two letters to post for the posting survey, do I post these or ignore/destroy them? Anyone had this where they had this email and still had items to post afterwards? Xx

It seems to take a bit of time for the system to catch up. Just keep sending out postings as normal, and they should stop in a week or two. Also the number of items you receive from other posters should tail off. But you might still get them a couple of weeks after you've officially "stopped". Particularly, as posters sometimes can't post items until the week (or sometimes two weeks!) after they're meant to. If they've been on holiday or been ill or something.

  • I've just started, and I'm worried I've made a couple of mistakes.

    1) Is the area I'm supposed to be posting in just the first two letters of my postcode, or the two numbers as well? If the latter, then I've messed up today.

    2) When they say to post at a post office, if there's no postbox in the wall of the post office, then do they mean the nearest standalone red postbox? Of the post offices I've used so far, neither seem to have a postbox on the property, one has it outside on the pavement, the other is round the corner and a little way down the road.

Will they chuck me for any of this? :(

    Just the first two letters.

I'm pretty sure the nearest one is OK. What does it say for the location when you "Manage Your Postboxes"?
