Got my final posting pack today plus 4 books of stamps and a presentation pack - I'll actually be glad to have break for a few months after all the hassle we have had with SMARTS lately. I've already got a Correctly Delivered and an Unaddressed survey lined up for later this month plus I'm starting the international survey for the other organisation in January so I don't think I'll miss it much ;)

I had an email from TNS to say that I'll be rested in 2 weeks time. This morning I've received what I assume is my last posting pack but it only contained my December incentive stamps, no presentation pack. Have I missed out or am I not really being rested?!!

You will get another 2 sets of stamps plus presentation pack when you have completed your final posting. I got my final stamps 7 days after receiving my incentive.

You might have one final posting pack due - I know I ended up getting 3 in total after the two weeks notice email from them. If so then your bonus stamps should be in there, that is what happened to me last year. I got my normal stamps in one posting pack and my final stamps in the next one :)

  • Just received an item which is different to any I have had before (week 5 now). Inside it says "This is a test item from TNT ......the test item, both the envelope and contents should be returned next Friday with any other test mail".

Help! Firstly does it mean NEXT Friday (ie 15/11) or is it actually meaning 08/11? Second where do I send it to? Is it in a smart return envelope? Finally do I returns he smart too - as I am short at the moment????

    Thank you!!!!

You don't need to send it back, it's old stationery - have a look here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=62850382&postcount=2

Does anyone else receive any glossy monthly mags as part of their survey? Have they arrived yet this month? I normally get two but no sign of either of them yet this month - not sure how many I was due to get in total - just wondering if anyone else has any ideas  I reckon I have had 3 or 4 of each so far. I was kind of hoping they had signed me up to a year's subscription with each :p:rotfl:

there are a selection of publications you could receive and usually its about 3 issues so sadly no annual subscription.

not everyone receives the same publications so its difficult to know what you should or shouldnt receive.

You should see the details of what you receive in a picture format for items received without an r number.
