I have two items to post on the same day, one cube before miday and one letter at a post office box after midday.

Not had this before. Do you make two trips to the post office or ignore the before and after midday and post both at the same time? Thanks.

You can post them both at the same time, save doing two journeys.
TNS say that if you've got a posting time you cannot make then to post at a time you can make, provided its before last collection.
Like Runnerduck, I've posted at the same time before and not had any queries raised. I class not wanting to pay the petrol for two trips in one day as "a time I cannot make"!!

I don't believe I have ever been told which particular SMART to use.

On my online posting plan/schedule there is often a smart code already listed in the "smart number" column before I have even prepared that item for posting, I therefore believe it is telling me which particular smart to use.
Obviously, when that column is empty (yet I have been instructed to include a smart) I pick one from my stock that isn't already associated.

I do the same as well. Been on survey for over 3 years and never had any complaints or feedback from TNS. I also post most of my items in my nearest post box and pay no attention to the written instructions to use a post office. Only time that I use post office is for cubes, which thankfully is very infrequent.

Yes, its a love shop voucher. They cant send cash or cheques.

Whereas I always try to post on time, even if it means dashing out of the door to make a 9am last posting time on my one lie-in day - yet I have had a load of 'can you confirm' emails during my time on the trial!
