You should post on your scheduled day before the last posting time on the box....if thats wednesday then post on wednesday before the final collection.

The day you post is very important to the panel.

if you are having problems in getting to a post box before the final collection time then you may need to see if there are other boxes in your area with a later last collection time that you could use.

Thanks! Looks like I need to be up early then, or use a box further away.

I have a cube I have to buy the postage for (£3.30) at the PO.
Can I use some of my intensive stamps on it?

no...you must pay for the APL (postage label) at the post office and will be reimbursed with love to shop vouchers that will cover or exceed the actual postal cost.

The FAQ on the website state...
    "
    Posting APL survey items

Panellists posting survey items using APLs will be required to pay the postage for these items over the Post Office counter. To cover the postage cost for posting non-Jiffy parcel items, we will give you Love2Shop vouchers upfront in the sender pack to at least the postage cost.
