I had an email at the end of June saying I am back on the panel from this week (I moved out of the postal area) but still not received the promised email and pack. :(
I didn't get my first posting pack until 2-3 weeks later than they said in their email, its pretty typical for TNS unfortunately :(

Yeah, it usually takes a couple of weeks before anything happens!

Just had my onboarding call for this year, gave them a few suggestions as always to try & buck their ideas up
    - Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
    - Student Loan gone
Swagbucks, Mingle, GiffGaff, Prolific, Qmee & Quidco; thank you MSE every little bit helps
  • I get Farmers Weekly, British Homing World (pigeons) and today I got a dentistry one. Like a previous poster I was asked on the phone what my preferences were - none of the above were mentioned by me!
This is my first stint at the survey and although I don't now have the time I did when I started it I still enjoy preparing and posting the items and the freebie stamps always come in handy.

When training, do we have to log any posting schedule packs as received items? I have received my second one now but there is no note as to whether we should log it. In the first pack there was a note advising it didn't have to be logged.

No. You do not have to record receipt of any sender packs from TNS.
Have you looked at the Training information on the website & the FAQ as there is lots of information on both to help you.
  • Hi! I am new to the panel and have a question. On my local postbox the last collection time is 9am. Am I ok to pop my item in the postbox the evening before my post item date or do I have to post it on the actual posting date before 9am?

if the schedule says before last collection. then it needs to be before the postbox last collection which as you say is 9am

Thanks, so if my scheduled day is Wednesday I am ok to post it Tuesday evening as it won't be collected until Wednesday morning, which is my posting day?
