"Thank you for posting items for the Royal Mail Survey for the past few weeks. Due to a space being oversubscribed, we are going to pause your participation for a few weeks."

    I received this message yesterday,

"Welcome to the Royal Mail Survey.

We have now registered your details to our live posting panel and you will receive your first Sender Pack in the week commencing 09/02/2015

You will receive an email to notify when your first pack is being prepared and despatched."

Within 4 weeks I am supposed to be back on the live posting panel again.

I didn't know either but I did get sent one in December. I have only had one cube to post since and I am finishing this week. Still it will be handy for the next time.:)

Last week I had to wait until almost posting day for a SMART to put in one of my items. I now have this and next week's postings allocated and still have 8 sitting spare !! I think they need to do a bit more work on where their SMARTs are going.

I had none either and eventually they told me to post without any but at the moment I have 5 spare which will go back because I finish this week.

That happened to me but there was only 3 days between both messages!!
  • When will the February stamps arrive?
  • I'm in my fourth week of training. Last week for the first time I was given four items to post to two different names, same address. I could enter the details for the two items for Mrs S, who I had previously been sending to, but for the new name Mr H, it wouldn't allow me to enter the R numbers, saying 'There was not a valid panellist item for this Receiver Item Number. Please press retry to re-enter the Receiver Item Number.'

I rang TNS up and the lady I spoke to tried to enter the numbers for me but got the same message, so told me to just send the SMARTs back to them.

Today I received a pack with two items to send to Mr H. Again when I tried to enter the R numbers I got the same message as above. I tried ringing TNS all afternoon, but just kept getting the message that there was no-one available to take my call.

Has anyone ever seen this message before and have any idea what it means? To be honest I just feel like telling them to take a flying leap as their disorganisation causes so much more work and time wasted for me that a few stamps doesn't cover the aggro.

Sorry but I do not understand where you are trying to enter the R numbers of items that you are sending.
I only enter R numbers for items that I receive.
I do not enter details of the items which I receive in the posting pack.

The February stamps come with the posting pack that has the first item to post in February.
  • Hi I e-mailed them and they posted the out standing stamps and the Christmas presentation stamps. :-)
