Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

Just wondering if I'm missing stamps.

I restarted in Oct on training and got the normal 4+12 stamps

Start of Nov got email stating over subscribed etc as others have got.
Another email stating should should get my 1st postal pack for wk starting 10th Nov but nothing came and nothing showing online schulde.

Then got my 1st proper postal pack for wk starting 24th Nov - No stamps at all.

Got my 2nd postal pack for wk starting 1st Dec - 4+12+ Presentation stamps (wk late but I assume for Dec incentive + presentation set for starting the survey)

Q. should I have received any stamps for Nov & also people have mentioned Xmas stamps they have received last week.

Whilst on training you do not get the monthly incentive just the ones at the start of training.


The xmas booklet of stamps will be included in your postal pack for items to be sent next week but again those on training will not get them.
I am currently re training....although have been part of the panel for many years...I didnt get the xmas stamps but have items to send this week and next...
I have to admit the dummy smarts are looking better than they used to!

My current stint is coming to an end soon. Can't complain as I am still on the unaddressed mail survey, which is very easy for me to complete. Just waiting to to receive the 2015 diary now.

Roll on next year when I am invited back onto the survey.

I am also being dropped from UNM survey until further notice and got the l2s voucher along with the PC as above which has the same code I thought until now it was unique referral code but it is not.....

We need your SMARTs!

We are short of SMARTs and would like to ask for your help.

Maybe that is because I have 4 associated and 9 listed as ready for use with nothing to put them in - I did have to send 1 back on Friday though

you should send back any you don't need. Just put them in a Smarts envelope and pop in the post. They will disappear from your list when they are received at the other end.

But that's not what TNS instruct. They say:

If any SMARTs are listed as Return to TNS,
of if you have any unlisted SMARTs,
please return them to us in a SMARTs Return Envelope.

So if the Smarts are included in the stock list they are not asking that you return them - only the ones they mark as to be returned or where they haven't noted them as being with the panelist.

but it also says

If you need to return SMARTs with any other status, please return them to us in one of our SMART return envelopes and do not worry about letting us know you have returned them online.

When I get a note that they are short of Smarts I send back any that are extra. I have not been told otherwise and the Smarts are taken off my list.
