Thanks, that's what I have been doing so far (until I read this thread today!) I don't think it's explained properly & there's no mention of it in the training guide.0 -
What is the point in sending returning panellist cardboard smarts. we already know what the codes are for our local post box and post office. So if I get a cardboard smart that has to be posted from my post office after 1 but before last post, I just post it from my nearest post box and enter the post office code and put the time as 5:20. There is no way they can know where it is posted from with a cardboard smart.GONE ENGLAND0

I received my "October" incentive today, but I don't seem to have received my September one.
Does anyone know roughly when they received their stamps (I should note it on the calendar).
I was on a "holiday" for quite a bit of August, so guess that is why I didn't receive them.2019 Prize Total - £0/0 Prizes 2018 Prize Total - £100/1 Prize 2017 Prize Total - £250/2 Prizes

The September incentives were sent out in August. I think they're generally sent out in advance (for the month ahead). e.g. you receive your first incentives (stamps and presentation pack) in your first pack once you start posting for real (after completing training).
You probably received your August incentives in July, despite being on holiday for that period, which may explain why you didn't receive the September incentives?0 -

On the item mark the date and time of receipt, and keep checking whether image appears.
It can take up to 10 days before the item appears.0 -
Email received from TNS regarding the post boxes that are changing the last collection time to early in the morning:
Important Updates:
Post box last collection times are changing..
Royal Mail will shortly be changing the last collection time of approximately one third of post boxes. The last collection time for these boxes is being brought forward to 9am Monday to Friday and 7am on Saturday. These earlier collections will now be made as part of the postman or woman’s delivery round.
How will this affect the survey?
For postings due to be made from the 15th September, we have amended the posting schedules to take account of this change. The column headed “Time to post item” previously stated three different time bands in which to post any test item in a post box, or the cube and medium parcel over the counter at a Post Office. This will now be altered to say “Before last collection”. This change means that any test item can now be posted at any time during the day before the last collection time.
Royal Mail has started putting notices on those post boxes that will be changing their last collection time. However, please continue to use the last collection time as displayed on the faceplate rather than the times on the notices when entering details of your sent items and post boxes on the website.
Post Box Face Plate Notice of Change to Collection Time
What do I do if I cannot post an item before the last collection time?
After this change you may find that you are unable to post an item before the last collection due to a change to the last collection time of your local post box. If this happens, please post the item on the scheduled date, but when carrying out the data entry, answer ‘No’ to the question, ‘Was this item posted before the Last Collection Time?’ and then record the actual time of posting.
Please see below for instructions that illustrate how to enter an item posted after the final collection time of a post box.
In this example we will use the post box ‘Masefield Avenue Borehamwood’ for an item posted at 12pm, which is after the last collection time.
Firstly, you will need to agree that the final collection time displayed is correct. If the final collection time is not correct, please choose the option “I disagree with the final collection time shown for this day” and follow the prompts.
If the item has missed its final collection, you will then need to select the ‘No’ option to this question.
The website will then ask you to confirm the time in which you have posted the item. This will complete the entry for the allocated item.
