    ye ive had 2 sender packs this month with no stamps so i emailed them today.

    I received my sender pack yesterday with no stamps
    were we supposed to get them this week? I am never
    sure but I will get in touch if they should be here now

  • you get a collectors stamps every 6 months or so. but should get normal stamps each month as incentive

    I had not received mine either and sent them an email and got them yesterday with a letter about them being a " replacement survey incentive ".

    I joined this scheme a week ago. What does a SMART look like? I just received something that claims to be the SMART - it's a piece of cardboard wrapped up and says AEDB on it.

    it is a smart. AEDB are the test smarts that you start with. after a couple of weeks you will get others with different codes on
