Last week, i received the posting pack for this week which includes a medium parcel and the posting reimbursement. I received 2 paper copy posting schedules (one for the letters and one for this parcel) but it doesn't show on my online posting schedule.
I have emailed TNS with no reply and tried to call but still nothing. I am reluctant to post something where i can not allocate a SMART or log its sent status detail online.
I'm only mentioning it on this board as i seem to have a new problem each week. It normally happens where they have failed to send an item for me to post despite it being listed on the schedules but this is the first time an item doesn't show on my account.
    :(

My schedule for next week has just arrived - the last one for this 6 month cycle, together with extra stamps and a really good set of commemorative stamps showing classic cars.
Works out quite well for me as I shall be on holiday most of September.

I'm glad to see your post as I was just going to have a search for this - I too have received my final posting pack for this period but didn't get my extra stamps or presentation pack! I wondered if maybe this had been stopped but obviously not - I couldn't remember if they came separately or with the final posting pack, so thanks for posting. I'll drop them an email.

    :)

I recieved my final posting pack2 weeks ago with a note to thank me for taking part and that my 6 month period was up. The note stated that the pack included presentation stamps and the usual 2 books of stamps. The presentation stamps were included in the pack, however the other stamps were not. I emailed them and had a response within 2 days and recieved the missing stamps yesterday. You would never believe it, or is that a daft things to say ?, but another posting pack has arrived in the mean time !! Email them about your stamps and you too should recieve them :D

Thanks - strange about the other pack arriving!

I sent off an email yesterday so hopefully I'll hear back soon. The last pack I got made no reference at all to my six months being at an end - I got an email last week which began "We are contacting you to say thank you for your help on the Royal Mail survey. It has been much appreciated." and continued on to remind me that I may continue to receive items for up to 4 weeks etc., so that was my only indication that that was it! I can't remember from previous times if that was the way they notified you or if you got an email saying specifically "Thanks but your time is up" (or words to that effect!). I have no postings on the online system for next week so that definitely seems to be it for now.

I am still waiting for some vouchers for APL postings and unaddressed surveys so I'll have to keep an eye on those.

    Thanks

As with all things RM there always seem to be inconsistencies.

I received an email telling me my time was coming to an end. When I received the last week's posting pack, there was a thank you letter with the extra incentives enclosed.

It may be that you will receive your letter & enclosures separately but, hopefully, they will sort it out from your email.

I too have an incentive for a cube posted in July to come so will watch for that to arrive.

    Hi,

I'm new to RM surveys and have just found this thread. I've just posted my first item and registered the post box etc. My question is that the item I need to post tomorrow is from a post office so where do I actually post the letter? Do I give it in at the counter (which will seem weird because it is already stamped) or is there a post box inside the post office?

I've searched the FAQs and training on the website but it all seems very confusing at the moment!

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I haven't got time to read back through the thread before I need to post it!

    Thanks,

    Janey

post number 2 on this thread will give you the answer...together with a few other q &A s that are commonly asked.

It really is a good idea to read the training material that is online and sent to you...whilst I appreciate that the survey/helpline is at times inconsistent with its answers to queries, its also important that as a panelist you at least try to familiarise yourself with the requirements of the survey panel...

Thank you for your reply, I didn't realise there was a Q&A on this thread so I will go and check it now.

I have actually read all of the training material sent to me as well as a large proportion of what is on the website but I'm still confused, which is why I asked on here. I would have sent them an e-mail but wasn't sure whether they would reply in time for me to post the item tomorrow.

    Edit:
Ok, I've read the Q&A and now know not to hand it in to the counter so should I put it in the post box outside? If that is the case, I used that box earlier to post the item which said 'Post Box'. Does anyone know if this is OK or should I have used a post box not attached to a post office?

Again I apologise for asking simple questions, but I have not been able to find information on this anywhere else yet.

Most items posted are placed in a local post box or the one outside of the post box. If asked to post a letter/jiffy bag/ or anything which will fit into a postbox, at the post office, then I post in the postbox outside the post office. Otherwise I post at any local postbox.

I only post inside the post office if item is too big to go in post box.

    Good luck
