Not all cubes have to have APL. I have posted ones that I have had to post that have already been stamped.

I did wonder that but on sticky label it said £3.20 apl and it also said that when I while logging in the details.

Looks as though the sender didn't comply with the instructions then. No problem, as long as you enter the details of the cube correctly so "No" to APL.

Has anyone had there incentive for posting a cube in june? I already spoken to someone last month and they said i would have it by end of july. Well i received posting pack for week beginning 4 aug and still no incentive - am i just impatient or is there a bigger problem?

Afternoon, is anyone else having difficulty getting in touch with them today, I have been trying all day but to no avail. (no reply to emails)
I am unable to fill in the 'preparation' of a parcel that I posted today so therefore unable to complete posting information as I added a SMART that wasn't on my list (the only one I had and item needed a SMART). I Can't contact anyone for help. Does any one have any suggestions as to what to do, please?

They are just hanging up when tried - just sent them an email but guessing everyone will be doing this if its not working

My £2 incentive has always been sent seperately and not in the normal weekly mailing pack

I emailed them about a cube I had posted in June and they responded today and said that they were preparing the incentives at the moment and I should receive it by next weekend!
