Hi guys,
I just started the survey.
A couple of questions: I posted an item at a post-office based at "5 Crescent Way, Orpington" but their system can't seem to find this post office??
It's also a "Premier Express" but it has the traditional Royal Mail sign on the outside and it can be found with a quick google (Sorry, can't post links as a relatively new member)
Any ideas what to do? Already posted the item today.
Also, I received a large amount of blank A4, and a sheet saying "Please affix R number label here". So far, I have received one item & posted 2 with SMARTs in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Were these received in a posting pack along with a weekly schedule of items to be posted?
If so -
Was the paper not in an envelope, one which you are going to be posting?
If it is, you include it in the envelope.
The sheet with the "affix R number" note is like the ones you have already sent is it not?
Or are you saying that they weren't in a posting pack from TNS but were in an envelope you think you need to report as received?0 -

I think I have found the problem - I live right on the edge between Kent and Bromley - and I can only see "TN" Kent postcodes when I search any post office.... BR postcodes cannot be found as they are technically in a different county (albeit the post office is only 3 miles away - probably should send off an email to sort that out)
And I just figured out - the "Information label" is the R number label? Oops! I will certainly know for next week. I included the SMART and the address is on the outside at least (the address was an industrial park, so don't think it's to another customer anyway, but maybe TNS centre?).
Thanks guys.0 -

Is there a post box outside which includes the same letters?

You will find the Industrial Park address is the same as the return address printed on the posting packs you receive.

The letters at the beginning of the post office postcode, do not match the beginning of my postcode (as we live right on the boundary between the two counties). Next time will make sure we stick to a home-county post box

According to my schedule I will be receiving an item to post next week while I am away, I will not be able to post it the following week either. Do I post it 2 weeks late or do something else with it, the guide just says "next week same day" ?0

First, did you notify them of your holiday in plenty of time?
If so, you really have 2 options
1. email/contact them & point out you are on holiday & it will be 3 weeks before you can post
2. just post on the first week you can on the appropriate day. The only problem with that is it will be outstanding when they want to do their monthly return which may cause a problem.0 -

Just post it on the same day of the week, when you can after your time away.0
