*yes I know I'm dum for asking  *
If you read the News&features page it explains how they look.......
"Each week a panellist will be randomly selected from our active panel. An item will be sent to that panellist containing a gold envelope, inside of which will be a SMART and a message saying CONGRATULATIONS! "0 -

TNS have said the extra £2 would be received at the end of the following month... for example if you sent an item during APRIL you will get the additional vouchers at the end of MAY.0 -

As the 1st class postage is now £3.20 for the cube, the vouchers you should receive should be to the value of £4.00 and the extra £2.00 should be sent separately at the end of the month following that in which you send the cube.0 -

I posted a cube towards the end of March and received the extra £2.00 of vouchers this morning :j0 -
I received the £2 vouchers too, confused me a bit as it's usually £5 lots. Had a quick read here and now understand
extra £2 very welcome. 0 -
I was kicked off this when I did not agree to pay for and post parcels in return for L2S vouchers. For some unknown reason I received £2 L2S vouchers through the post???
I may have sent or received a cube weeks ago but the postage was already paid!0 -

From some time in March they decided to pay £2 for the inconvenience of having to visit the post office, as opposed to just using the post box. The vouchers for that are sent about a month (or more) after you post the item.
If you have to pay for postage you also get L2S vouchers to cover the cost of that. e.g. if the postage is £3.20 you get £4.00 in vouchers.0 -
Thanks for all your replies!!
Also, I received the £2 vouchers this morning in the post.0 -
