PLease could you advise me on posting, I am on the
third week of training and I have letters to post on
Friday and Monday, the Friday letter is from last week
as I did not have a smart available
Not sure whether I should let it go in to a third week
for a bank holiday or just to post it
So far I have no smart for Mondays but if I get one
should I post it on the bank holiday or not?
The last time I done the mail panel I did not have any
problems like this with smarts etc, so I hope this is
not what it is going to be like
Many thanks for your advice on this useful site

I would post the Friday one, and the Monday one if the smart arrives. Lots of posting schedules have postings on the bank holidays and I'm sure it's just as helpful for them to see the effect it has on post anyway.

Been on the panel for a few months. to make things easier (Ive 9 to post this week) When it states post in Post box between 10- 1 Ive just put it in on the way to work or late the night before. My way of thinking is only once daily collection and they all get jumbled up in the bag anyway so posting between 10-1 becomes irrelevent as long as before the next collection, however what info you imput online is another matter.

I have seen my local postbox being emptied during the day, so there may be multiple collections in other areas. If you are unable to post in the suggested timeslot I believe it is OK, from what others have said on this forum, but the details you enter online should reflect the actual time and date you post the items.

Wow, emailed them on Monday evening about a missing item in a post pack and have just had a reply. That's speedy for them! ;)

Aww! Haha. Maybe they couldn't have them themselves for some reason so thought theyd pass them on.
  • I asked to be taken off the panel a month ago and I sent all my smarts back but I received one on Saturday and it's asking me to send it back on screen but I no longer have any smart return envelopes as I've used them all. Doe's anyone think it will be ok to send it back in a normal envelope with the smart address written on the front of it ? I've tried the helpline countless times and no one answers.

If you log in at rmpanelzone.research-int.com there is a tab to request stationery. They will send you a Smart return envelope, and its usually really quick too. HTH :)

That's another item received with a note written on of which day to post it

Also, received May's incentive today but no £2 L2S vouchers after posting an APL item this month.
