Point 1- I know Acer Direct is not Acer , I heard you the first time.
Point 2- I know people have advised me to return it for a refund. I have asked for a refund but they have said it has to go to Acer for repair, that is Acer not Acer direct.
Point 3 - if I am going to insist on what exactly.
