I was looking on right move last night to taunt myself with what I will never afford to buy, and there were ex coucil houses and flats going for £109k, that really takes the buscuit. I will have to move to radcliffe so I can afford to buy a house.

i hear they say the same about totty!!!!!!

don't go to radcliffe, please don't. i was looking at a house there, split into 2 flats, guide price £70k, until i found out that where it is apparently has loads of drug dealers round there, was gutted cos i thought i could have kept it as two seperate dwellings, lived in one, used the other as majority of mortgage money and then when i got fed up put the house back as one or sell it as a renter if planning wouldn't give consent to put it back to a house
