Withnail: What are you going to do with those?

Danny: The building I am about to buy requires a craftsman and can be turned into up to twelve apartments. It is called a Camberwell carrot.

Marwood: It's impossible to put twelve apartments into one building.

Danny: It is impossible to build a Camberwell carrot with anything less.

Withnail: Who says it's a Camberwell carrot?

Danny: I do. I built it in Camberwell, painted it orange & it can be used to f'k BTL numpties.

Danny: This will tend to make you very rich.

    With apologies to Bruce Robinson
"Mrs. Pench, you've won the car contest, would you like a triumph spitfire or 3000 in cash?" He smiled.
Mrs. Pench took the money. "What will you do with it all? Not that it's any of my business," he giggled.
"I think I'll become an alcoholic," said Betty.

the issue with these tiny incremental drops is it gets them bumped up on right move searches as 'new listings', so anyone searching on new property listed in a previous week etc, will see these as new listings.
    It's a health benefit ...

Also, I imagine that £800k houses are pretty thin on the ground in Bury so it's probably not that hard to do the research without bumping the house up the list like this.
