I know, the music thing is bugging me, cuz iv googled average song length & it's between 3 & 4 mins, I was guna try tht route?? Moneybot iv been stopping it at 6 mins, cuz iv been doing 360 secs x 10, but I'm averaging 15secs under, so only gettin to 345 secs but clock already @ 6mins!!! Km never guna win, it's so hard!! It's been good hearing myself on radio & seeing my pic on website, 5 mins of fame eh!!lol. Again thanks every1, feel really supported. X

Good luck! my best guess for help would be to spend all of tomorrow with an alarm set to go off each hour counting in batches of 500?
Maybe tapping your feet for timekeeping at the same time.
Some people have natural internal timekeeping, sadly i'm not one!

Alternately the phone in your bra trick works for most people I work with that aren't supposed to have phones on them!!
