Not sure if I should have put this in chat but it's kind of a win?! Iv been selected to be a contestant on Hallam FM 'Locked Up' I'm absolutely terrified, I have to go live on air on Monday & then il be locked in a glass box with earphones & a blind fold for an hour. I have to guess when the hour is up, I have a minute either side & if I guess right il win 1,000 meadowhall voucher!! Any tips peeps, I know I shudnt have entered but I wanted to have a go but I'm terrible at time keeping lol. Please be kind 😁

Maybe you could choose a song that you know all the words and tune for, then time how long it takes you to sing it through in your head. Then you can work out how many times you need to run through it to make up an hour. You could keep count on your fingers!
And if you mess up, don't worry, just think of the great story you'll have to tell!0 -

You need to count by saying..1 dedumdee (dee-dum dee) 2 deedumdee ,3 dedumdee and so on till you get to 3600 . (3600 seconds in 1 hour) dont loose count tho. good luck!!VIP Big Brother eviction and hotel,Weekend in shropshire,Necklace and earings johnny English set, watch,steam mop,coffee machine,

If judging time i always do count in my head - 1..1000, 2..1000, 3...1000...etc.... all you can do is practice in your head....bestest of luck you to you xxx0
