I like Tay's idea of counting to 3600, maybe wear some bracelets on one wrist (Like those kids stretchy ones or some hair bobbles), and when you get to, say one hundred, swap one over to the other wrist. That way if you get lost, lose your number or freak out, you can just count the bands and you'll be able to find where you were up to.

    Ooohhh good luck hun.....

There are some great ideas - I like the idea of bands or something - if you have 36 you could use one per 100 seconds and transfer them from one side to the other, when they;ve all gone you know the time is up!

Best of luck and let us know how you get on :D:D:D

:o:o:o:o Duhhhh got distracted and noticed that this advice has already been posted.... good luck anyway :D:D

Good luck. I have no advice (sensible advice anyway) other than be calm, practice and my fingers are crossed for you.

I was going to suggest buy a tiny tiny phone. Put it somewhere where the sun doesn't shine on silent mode, but on vibrate mode. And then when an hour is up get a friend to phone you. Not only will you win but it will be a very pleasurable experience too.

To get within 1 minute eitherside of 1 hour is going to be almost impossible

Take a look at the new lotto show on BBC "Break The Bank" - they only have to countdown from 30 seconds - and sometimes be within 4 seconds over, and they still don't make it.

    But good luck
