Parking Eye--Crown Wharf walsall

Hi ALL

Received PCN last week from PE. I've sent them a soft appeal from templates found on this forum.

Obviously they will reject and send me a gereric letter blah blah blah with my popla code( hopefully)

I just need advice on how to appeal to popla particularly what to includes and if possible are there any template popla appeal letter I can use.

THANKS ALL

Read the POPLA decisions thread to find out what wins at POPLA. It will give you a strong basis for your appeal.

Hi, I had mine from the same place....I paid for parking but machine didnt issue a ticket and wouldnt give money back, (the machine opposite mothercare) did the same thing happen to you?

btw, I replied to them and then to popla before seeking advice, popla appeal was unsucsessful, will get legal advice from here and my uncle whos a solicitor before I go to court....(yep, I know I shoulda done it in the first place but assumed I would be fine as I havent done anything wrong, didnt realise how corrupt parking eye were until I researched online!)

Good luck and yes there are templates for popla letters on here :-)

Please, please, please stop confusing people. You failed at POPLA because you didn't put in a proper appeal - i.e. you DIDN'T seek advice from here or Pepipoo and you tried mitigating circumstances rather than procedural and contract circumstances. That's why you lost.

OP - follow the advice given please.
  • thanks for advice about going to popla decision thread BUT can anyone point out to me a link that may have template popla appeal please

Popla are working with parking companies at seminars training them how to submit fake evidence to answer the points raised in the appeals that have succeeded.
They are getting dragged to heal very quickly by their masters the parking firms.
Parking Eye are now using the fake statements they ordered POPLA to start accepting and it will be a couple of months before we know the outcome of a kangaroo court judgement by them using the new fake evidence.

My personal feeling is people will end up taking them on in court.
New methods for defending them are been worked on to try and throw them out at the foundation evidence level of their claim.
    Be happy...;)

Hovite, please please please read post, you may get less confused if you do this. I already stated that I did not get advice and that is why I lost.

Never copy anything parrot fashion. Use the relevant bits but always tailor it to your case.

In addition see my thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4739105.

You must incorporate the challenge on the estimate of costs in the way I suggest and if you like to refer to the previous POPLA adjudication feel free. That should be weaved in with the cost challenge on the link I gave yesterday.
  • I found a thread by custard pie yesterday "popla evidence-what to submit" quite informative with all the appeal reasons to popla well detailed.

If I use these reasons as written by custard pie is this adequate???

    thanks
