thought i would bump an old post rather than create a new one.
is this advice still valid RE: APCOA parking charges?

just set down to drop my OH off at birmingham, and got a notice, similar to the OPs, offence dated: 31/08, issue date: 24/09.


would copy nad pasting the letter posted above still be useable?
if so, i will send it, and then email the person that has been posted to complain about them,

best bet is start again as advice changes and this thread is at least 6 months old

so read and follow the NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of this forum, then start your own new thread if you need further help

so remember, the tv guide in a 6 month old newspaper is not necessarily up to date, even if emmerdale or corrie is on
