One of my A's used to have a written policy on display that they will return any and all food whether you have a receipt or not

I have a pic of that sign I'll upload later although the sign is no longer out ni my store

Some SAs have gone so far as to tell me they'll refund "anything that scans because that means we sell it"

So in theory if anyone had JCs they didn't want (whether they glitched at 1p or not) they could return them without a receipt for a gift card refund....or even wait until price goes back up to £2 odds and THEN return them onto a giftcard

simple, I changed my mind

They have a 28 day change of mind policy afterall

And the sign i mentioned above said that CS has the discretion to increase return window by a further 7 days

It's a very interesting written policy. Maybe marrbett could tell us if it's still in force...?
