No JC at the XNetto I just visited, they only had the small packs (and they wanted £1.15 ).

But I bought some Asda 2L milk, and just noticed there's a moc on the side.

Ds2 has just been out to scrutinise the JC mountain and informs me that at the current rate of biscuit consumption (factoring in DS1's imminent departure) they will last until approximately the first week in December. That's if I don't feed any to visitors and there are no other biscuit glitches before then. If so he will recalculate. Bless him he's even worked out how many are needed for his packed lunches :D

I said what if everyone got sick of them and wanted other biscuits.....he doesn't consider that getting fed up with Jaffas is a possibility. That's ok then

Thank you to my Chicken for finding the glitch :T

The ones in my store were all BB Nov 13. So not too heavy - and I was considering they aren't that healthy necessarily!:D;) At least two boxes will go straight to people that like them - and who think that their Yard of Jaffas at £3 each last Xmas:eek: was a bargain deal.

We should get together (me and your DS2) and form the JCUCC - Jaffa Cake Usage Calculation Committee (me having done merely a rough ballpark in my mind as to how many we might get through by end Nov. - probably more than your son's detailed calculation. I need some lessons from him:rotfl::D).

"If so he will recalculate" - glad he's on the ball!:):D

Very early doors Monday I feel - you've got to catch it before the system updates.
:(:(Not very good (again) for some of those of us in England/Wales at least - whose stores stay shut after 4pm on Sundays and open later on Monday morning as opposed to having stayed open the 24 hours. You never know, it may work into mid-morning Monday - but I just feel it's very much of a risk.

Thanks SB, you are a star.

I appreciate that. I may have to see if I can stick the kiddies somewhere tomorrow and see if I can nip out and get some.

    Wish me luck.

Oh - drat!:(:(:( - I forgot to put my single can of Campbell's condensed veg soup (with one 20p MOC off) on my Morries shop, so can't see if it's picked up Morries 50p RTC price. If anyone wants to stick it with McV 24 Jaffas & 5 comparable Mullers and a few other items, you'll be welcome back to report! Can't guarantee the Campbell's will return vs M at all.
