They don't deserve a positive, they don't deserve a negative so neutral makes sense.I'm not up to speed on the feedback system any more, but a neutral was actually viewed as a bad mark and affected your ratings.
I feel that I should point out that by people I did mean the buyers.
From the ebay help pages:
"We expect sellers to provide consistently good service and to keep buyers satisfied. If a seller receives a high level of buyer dissatisfaction - by receiving negative or neutral feedback, low Detailed Seller Ratings or cases against them - they may be in breach of our Seller Non-Performance policy."
One neutral and no low stars isn't going make any difference. Besides most buyers won't care about it and will still buy from them which, assuming the seller keeps selling, which would allow the seller to get better feedback/ratings anyway and avoid any problems.0 -
Thanks for all the advice, I'm still deciding.
What I didn't mention in the first post was that it actually took 2 weeks for the incorrect item to get posted to me.
Ok, they were on hols and left it to their partner to send, and it was them that took so long to post, but ultimately it's the responsibility of the seller.0
