Something Fishy going on

The three credit agencies are Experian, Equifax and Call credit. Call credit is available for free via Noddle and can be accessed straight away online as can Equifax (for £2). Experian takes upto a week for a postal copy or online can take just as long as you have to wait for an online code! Do not be tempted to pay for your credit score as they're pointless. You'll need a credit or debit card and you'll be asked a few questions to verify your identity.0

You're probably going to have to get them all, call credit unfortunately doesn't show everything (although it is getting better!).0

wel tell them unless they can show what these payments are for your stoing them.0

I think your original payment may have been to GE which were taken over by Santander. Your account will have migrated over to Santander's systems in 2010 which is why they can't access any payment records prior to that.Life is what happens to you when you're busy making other plans - John LennonBe yourself. I know this isn't any help but I'm gobsmacked someone could spend £325 on an interest free credit agreement then forget about it - worse still be paying it off for 3 years without even knowingPeople don't know what they want until you show them.0
