Yes, over the net on your TV.
But if you don't want Infinity and you don't want a BTV box, you can view the new channels via your Sky box.0 -
Thats what i am doing now (and recording them) , but i dont want SKY really, i wanted Youview at some point
Thanks for your advice!Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0 -
No prob's.
I'm looking forward to getting YouView too, at some point in the future. I currently watch the channels via a BTV box over Infinity and the quality of the new HD channels is stunning. Far better than my Sky HD box.
In regard to recording, a BTV box can record these channels right now and YouView boxes will be enabled for recording in just a few short weeks time. So I'm just holding off atm, just to see how things settle down.

I have a Humax YouView box but no subscription to BT or Sky. Will I be able to access the sports channel on a pay per view scheme?“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0

I have a Humax Youview box attached to normal digital aerial so can access all Freeview channels plus Youview services.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

A small independent ISP. No LLU, cable or fibre optic options available here.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

I dont wnat to go for a visoon box just because it can record BT sport , so like you , i am going to sit tight for the you view boxes to be fully on board to record , and then think about infinity and ditch skyNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0 -

Then unfortunately not. Though you should get the new apps that are coming (dependent on line speed).0
