  • Cloud storage is always the best option, if your phone is lost or stolen you won't be able to get your bits back.

    I have 0 films, music, mags or books stored on my device. They are all stored on Google servers and I just use them via a data connection. You can if you want store them on your device, very handy if you're going on a train, plane and want to have them available. When you have finished simply remove them. When looking at your library, tap the 3 dots and you'll see the option to 'keep on device', this will store whatever content you want. Do the same but look for 'remove from device' when you've finished with it.

    Picture wise, Google+ takes care of those. SD cards all all very good but if your phone is lost or stolen it is still in it.

    As for the nexus 4 itslef, gone back to it after the HTC One. Miss the pure Google way of doing things.

    Cloud storage is a useful option for back up but in areas where there is limited or no Internet access about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
