I seem to remember posting an article about before and after photos and how they were faked up so not much point. besides I havent got any. If you like I can show you the labels i9n my trousers but that isnt exactly strong evidence either.
What you might note is that i only print nutritional stuff that can be evidenced and it can be evidenced very easily indeed that calories in vs calories out is flawed to the extreme as is any diet that revolves around calorie counting.

So what evidence that visualising your insulin levels lower works then?

If it says sugar on the label, then is it sugar or is it high fructose corn syrup under the name of sugar?
All high fructose corn syrup is sugar, but not all sugar is high fructose corn syrup. so you can't tell by the label if it just says sugar.

That modern size waist must be a typo? My waist is 29 and I'm in a size 6-8?

    Here's a size chart -

By that link i'd be a size 10 under the Connie Crawford chart, much closer than the top chart

The top chart shows the same euro size (38) for a ten to twelve as the Crawford chart?

Edit- just realised that is a teen girl chart at the top.

"Misses" is the standard adult woman size chart.

"Women's" is for the "fuller, more mature figure" as one company puts it.

I doubt anyone could visualise an insulin level but you are showing ignorance of how and when insulin is produced.

So why do I wear size 6-8?

It states that the sizes on that chart don't reflect the commercial clothing sizes.

Because that size clothes fit you?

Ready-made clothes sizes vary from shop to shop. At least with dress patterns, you know the actual measurements the patterns are based on.

You are posting unverifiable opinion. You are claiming you post verifiable facts.

I think that just about sums up what value to atttach to your posts.
