Oh,I am just sooooo looking forward to tomorrow :j.
Absolutely raring to go.
Got my two tins ready-one with jelly beans on,one with cupcakes.Need to decide which will be for £1 and £2 coins,and which for "the rest".THEN I NEED TO REMEMBER WHICH WAY ROUND I HAVE DECIDED!! :rotfl:

Evening everyone.

Well I banked £55 earlier this year, and have just tweezered (is that a word) another £48 from my terramundi. So I didn't have to smash it.

So declaring £103 I also have a whole load of coppers in a box, but I'm not counting them, I really can't be bothered. They can go towards next years pot.

We're not opening little mans pot yet either. We agreed to open it when it was full. We're only potting £2 coins in it.

New target for next year of £120 please.

Thanks to Sue and sparky for keeping the thread going and to everyone else for your contributions to the thread through the year, it has def motivated me to try harder, although I drop on to SMP for three months, then no pay for three months! so will struggle a little.

Really pleased that I have managed to save so much from change!! :T
I had 31p left in change after bagging up which I put in to my new tin. I opened my tin a few weeks early as I needed the cash to buy Christmas presents with, but wanted to wait until today to declare it with you all. Without the money I would have been really stuck!!

Need to get a new pot asap. I bought a £1 only tin that holds £60 of £1 coins from the card factory the other day. It was only 99p so a bargain I thought. You can also re-use it.
Really looking forward to seeing even more totals. Well done again. :T:T

Hi Everyone, this years just flew by. Well done to everyone with your savings have not reported in since July, where I cashed in £400,

Have counted up my pot and had £72.32. Have repotted the 32p so my total for sealed pot 6 is £472.

Would like to be put down for £800 for next year

Hi Jo, I see you've had a good day saving, well done. Be careful not to spend too much tomorrow in an attempt to get change! Not nagging (as if!), honest. I've altered your Target to £120, but it can always be adjusted according to how you go, just say the word.
