I'm afraid I just sent a terse reply to DS. That last email they sent is unnecessarily threatening in its subject line and bears no relevance to the subject matter. I'm afraid he just got a piece of my mind. What a cheap and immature way to try and get people to do your work!

I saw that.. How do they know that I've read it? Dont call me 'team' and then threaten to remove me!

Anyway, does anyone know if they have anything bar the phones?

    thanks
Interesting experience in that particular restaurant.

I have been told that I am not allowed to do them as I reported one store shouting 'G**burger' to another colleague as I ordered.

Yeh I hear that sometimes or see them obviously wispering about me. I've been identified a couple of times and barred for a period from 2 restaurants. Both. I believe, were drive thru's. It's not that your rubbish at what you do.. its just gap's obvious scenario. I suppose there's only so much variation you can expect. And remember with Gap it's about timings more than anything, if you start ordering specials or extra bits, whats the point of the timings?

Just keep smiling and collecting the premiums... the clock is ticking;)
Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

Well I have heard that GAP is trying the get the Big Burger place to amend the scenario as it is basically common knowledge how to spot the mystery shopper, not only in the UK but everywhere in the world.

They occassionally have other odd jobs, but nothing much- think they had self-storage and some travel recently. But very sparse.

Most of what they do is video. They only really started doing report-based at the start of the year and are building it up. They did a the holiday place that Grass Roots normally do last month, so I'm not sure if that's going to be ongoing. I did a very, very nice open audit project for them last month and some car dealership report-based shops for them earlier this year, but I think it's a case of the more you do for them, the more likely you are to be asked when something special comes up.
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?

Would be good if they could amend the scenario.

The problem is, imagine the investment of time involved in retraining all burger staff worldwide in how to spot mystery shoppers if the scenario is changed. :p

I know some on here like them, but to be honest I would not do these jobs for the fee GFK paid so no chance of me doing them for the fee DS pay. I have saved them a job and removed myself from their list.

Begging emails from TNS pleading with me to do phone shops for double-the-fee today; meanwhile I've been bumped from three of the (flat fee) jobs I have booked for tomorrow, because they've double-booked them. Shambolic. And a waste of my time.
